Organizational meeting of the Board of Supervisors is held within the first eight days in January of each year at 10:00 a.m. The Board of Supervisors meet in regular session on the second Tuesday of each month (February - October) at 10:00 a.m. November and December of each year is considered "Annual Session". The first day of Annual Session begins on the first Monday in November following Election Day at 10:00a.m. and continues through December 31st of each year.

Each Member of the Board of Supervisors holds a two (2) year term of office, except for the supervisor from the Town of Lincoln, who serves a four year term.
